But here’s the truth: you don’t need a perfect plan. You just need a reset that feels doable.


Why Resets Matter

ADHD and autistic brains thrive on structure — but rigid routines often fall apart. Instead of chasing consistency, focus on reset rituals: small actions that help you pause, clear space, and start fresh.

Resets take the pressure off. They say, “It’s okay if last week was messy. We get to begin again.”


The 5-Minute Sunday Reset

Here’s a reset that works for both home and classroom prep:

  1. Clear one surface. Desk, counter, or table. Visible space = visible calm.

  2. Pick tomorrow’s first step. Not the whole schedule. Just one starter. Write it down.

  3. Prep one item. Backpack, lunch, outfit, lesson materials — whatever makes the morning flow.

  4. Name one win. From this week, no matter how small. Say it out loud.

  5. Exhale. Reset. Release.

That’s it. Five steps, five minutes, lighter load.
